Text Box: On first day of class you will fill out the following forms: History Form Registration and Release of liability form What you need for the introduction class: Proof of immunization Note book will provided for note taking First Day of class you will need the following: Delicious Dog Treats Dog leash and collar Plastic bag for doggie clean up Water for yourself and dog Any other special needs that your pet has Close toe shoes required, (sneakers or hiking shoes) Pad for sitting on the ground during training is optional There are no bathrooms available at any of the training sites Any questions please contact us.
